Each desk will be shipped in a single large and very heavy box using FedEx or OnTrac Ground service. Since you will need to sign for the package, please use the tracking information to plan accordingly. For safety, we recommend that you open the package in the spot it was delivered, remove pieces from the box one-by-one, then transport them to where you'd like to setup the desk. Moving and setting up the desk is a two-man job. Please be safe.
Shipping is a violent process and despite our robust packaging, damage happens. If the desk is obviously damaged upon arrival, don't sign for it. The desk will be returned to us and we will send you a replacement.
If you discover damage after accepting a package, please let us know as soon as possible. We will need to coordinate with you to get a description and photos of the damage and photos of the packaging. Please do not throw anything away until we resolve the damage claim. Once it has been determined that the damage occurred during shipping, we will send you a replacement right away.
